I have great experience staying in mercure hotel grand mirama, great food, great staff. Location is perfect. Very good food and coffee. Definitely will stay in this hotel when i go back to Surabaya. Thank you Mercure Hotel Grand Mirama Surabaya.

Bed are kinda nice... But the food tho.. rooms are nice, kinda have cool ambience and the restaurant too, but the food is yeah~

Overall the service was very good, the room is clean, i try 4 Restaurant here. Almost all of the have a good quality of food. The place very comfortable. I suggest to all of my followers to come and try mercure. Will be back here next year. See you soon

Everything about Mercure Surabaya Grand Mirama is really worth it to try. Nice room+hotel ambience with great decor and facilities especially for the cuisine. In my opinion, I suggest if you liked to stay here, try to consider stay in full package (room+breakfast)

It is actually really nice, the service is top and all of the staffs are so kind they help US with everything. Of course the room is very comfortable to sleep in, the facilities are all great, the pool is large and there's trees that protect us from the heat. Overall, it is a great experience
